I want to give wiring connection to a ceiling fan.Coil Wires colors are WHITE, RED & GREEN. How to complete it - phase neutral connection for ceiling fan
as the main fan connection (regulator) shall enter into connection? Main Cable Connection White & White (phase and neutral are) the same color. Capacitor is new and working conditions. Please give me details of the wiring.

Easy. You have the white and white. The land is green, and in connection to a screw somewhere on the fan is red hot and warm links with the head, black as a rule.
What a regulator and a capacitor, what you do with a ceiling fan?
