I recommend you to the SBA to review an entrepreneur, start up the journal and Nolo. All 4 are excellent sources of information for the new owner or small business. I posted links for you in the source area.

Research, research, research - this can not be overemphasized. Read everything you about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

* Small Club Start-up Guide for Coach Ron Fay
* The Business of Fitness: Understanding the financial aspect of business life of the Fitness by Thomas Plummer
* Earn money in the industry about the suitability of Thomas Plummer

I hope that helps! I wish you much success and happiness in all your undertakings!

They have a lot of experience in the martial arts. No doubt.

My professional opinion is, you can practice and provide training on the existing club, since he did not throw a hundred thousand dollars or over the air.

I can tell you that do when you build an existing folowing a club one step more responsibility in exchange for shares in the club would build him a part owner, and from there.

Another way would be for you to make room for the boys club of girls from another community recreation center and rent classifieds announced that you accept its students.

The largest number of students receiving end most of the installation need. Eventuall and your work is easier for the students willing to take on more responsibility and maybe even instruct classes on their behalf.

While the junior students run free classes to recruit more students and maybe even another rental centers and offices.

Finally you have the down paymING needed to permanently buy a building for the club. And if you will pay the money for a customer moving from a large number of students willing to become

Do not imagine for a loan in the amount of millions of dollars to create a club that 2 people are booked on the day of its inauguration. To obtain lease space on the REC center to teach their students, so in his name once good, and from there to expand.
